At Spa Family Camping, we understand that plans can change and aim to offer flexibility while ensuring a fair process for all our guests. Please find our cancellation policy below:
Cancellations before May 1st, 2025: You will receive a 90% refund of the total reservation amount.
Cancellations before July 1st, 2025: You will receive a 65% refund of the total reservation amount.
Cancellations after July 1st, 2025: Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible to process your refund according to the above terms.
To ensure that everyone respects the campsite and that it remains clean and pleasant for everyone, we have set up a garbage deposit.
10€ per person is charged at the time of booking and is returned at the end of the stay if the reserved pitches are clean.
