General Camping terms

To ensure a pleasant and well-organized stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following guidelines:

• Measure your equipment: Before your stay, please ensure you have accurate measurements of your equipment (tents, gazebos, etc.).

• Positioning: Please park your vehicle and set up your tent(s) within the designated area allocated to your reservation.

• Adjacent pitches:

  • If you wish to reserve multiple adjacent pitches, please make all reservations simultaneously and use the same name for each booking.

  • If the allocated space is not suitable, please contact us via email.

• Additional vehicles: Any additional vehicles must be parked in a designated area outside of your pitch.

• Electricity points: Electricity points are private and assigned to each pitch. Therefore, connecting to a neighboring pitch’s electricity is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

At Spa Family Camping, we understand that plans can change and aim to offer flexibility while ensuring a fair process for all our guests. Please find our cancellation policy below:

• Cancellations before May 1st, 2025: You will receive a 90% refund of the total reservation amount.

• Cancellations before July 1st, 2025: You will receive a 65% refund of the total reservation amount.

• Cancellations after July 1st, 2025: Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible to process your refund according to the above terms.
